These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Consano website at consanowellness.com and the Consano mobile application (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Consano Wellness ("Consano," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Not Medical Advice

Consano is a wellness tool, not a medical device. The Service provides educational content and personalized wellness suggestions based on traditional healing frameworks. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

The information provided through Consano is for general wellness purposes only and should not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your health regimen, especially if you have existing medical conditions, are pregnant, or are taking medications.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using Consano, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and assessment.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Access or attempt to access other users' data or accounts.

6. Wellness Protocols

The personalized wellness protocols generated by Consano are based on your self-reported assessment data interpreted through four traditional healing frameworks (Bioenergetic, Ayurvedic, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Somatic). These protocols are:

• Suggestions, not prescriptions.
• Based on traditional frameworks, not clinical trials.
• Intended to complement, not replace, professional healthcare.
• Subject to change as our understanding evolves and as you provide new assessment data.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Consano Wellness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Consano Wellness and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
